Sometimes I have weird images appear in my mind that make me laugh out loud.
Sometimes I decide to draw the image to communicate what it was that made me laugh out loud.
Sometimes I'm successful, but I don't know if I was this time.
I was going to try to finish and submit a full-size comic today, but I had to work an extra shift (my new job is really slowing down my comic/artwork productivity). Hopefully within the next few days I'll be able to finish a full-size comic I've been working on.
Oh yeah, I was thinking if someone can think up a caption for this image that I think gives it more funny I'll add it on the bottom somewhere and give you a credit if you want.
Do not claim this comic or the artwork contained therein as your own. Do not copy, alter or reproduce this comic or artwork.
All my artworks are pure Adobe Illustrator artworks.
Adobe Illustrator has a lot of neat sub-program tools that speed up the process of vector artworking. I use the "Pathfinder" to tidy up my linework and "Live Paint" to quickly colour in linework (Live Paint lets you fill in the gaps between lines the same way you'd use the "Paint Bucket" in Photoshop). You'll find tutorials for all these things on the internet if you google them.
I don't know if Illustrator is really all that much better than Flash because Ms. Tiedrich seems to be able to turn around comics much faster than I can. I think the way I draw the linework using brushes rather than stylus pressure means I have to go through a few extra processes tidying up linework that slow down my productivity.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

Tarde o temprano entenderas, al igual que yo, que existe una diferencia entre conocer el camino, y seguir el camino.
What program do you use to ink the image? What programs do you use at all, for the matter?
