A Shift in the Spring Breeze

I don't want to make a habit of doing this, but here's a slightly larger version (and better crop) of my 'Weekly Webcam' image.

I’m spending too long on these things; They’re supposed to be quick drawings, but often I'm spending over two hours on them.

BehindtG inspired me to start doing these Weekly Webcam images, though I honestly don't know how long she spends on her images (but I imagine it's no more than a half hour).

I particularly like the 'pattern shading' on this piece, and just felt that it generally deserved to be submitted as a full-blown deviation.

Pattern shading/screentones are something I want to continue to experiment with.
